Started the day/spring break off with a workout, it was a good one! We did our 4X1000 workout, my time today that I was aiming for was a 3:11 and my times were 3:11, 3:07, 3:06 and 3:14. The last one my watch got all jacked but its all good.. We also had 2X300 and my first time was a 41 and second time was a 42. Still striving for a sub 40! I can do it! |
