I went runnning with Bre and Kearl. We started at the stadium, ran 2 laps around the track and soccer field, ran to Sunnyside Park, did a big lap, ran back to the stadium, did 2 more laps, and went home. I wasn't able to keep up with Bre and Clayton the 2 laps, but either I kept up with them or they stayed with me at the park. IDK! But yeah, I went running anyways and started my blogamafyer the next day. :)
| | This morning I was able to go to practice. We went to liberty park and did a few laps there. I saw Bree and Nikki running too. While everybody else was doing 3 laps around the park, I ended up only doing 2. I don't think I have the right running shoes because my right foot really hurts; it has been hurting ever since I got those shoes. | |
| | we did a practice at sugarhouse park. michelle and i ran a big lap and found a happy birthday banner. we held it out for susannah to break through, it was her bday. when we got back to where we had met, we did 10 strides. then we did some amazing crunches and lousy pushups. well my pushups were lousy. then we just talked |
| |
we started with a morning workout at sunnyside park. sarah and i ran to about the zoo and realized we didnt know how to get to the golf course. we went back to sunnyside, did a big lap, and waited for everyone.
later that night, i went to an evening practice before the bbq. we did a warm up lap on the running trail at sugarhouse, then did 1 min on 1min off lap, then a cooldown. then we went to the bbq. |
| | regular morning practices. we went up to the pipeline trail. i had done almost 2 miles when i came to a 3way fork in the trail, and i was in the back of the pack and didnt see which direction everyone had gone. as i was running back to the cars, bre passed me. when we got back to the cars, kelsie came and we went to the creek so soak our feet |
| | today we had practice at fairmont park. sarah and i fell behind and didnt see what way everybody went, so we went back to the park and ran laps until the others got back. then we stretched, did butt kicks, high knees, and finished with strides. |
| | today we ran at liberty park. i did a warm up lap, stretched, did butt kicks, high knees, and 5 strides, and then a timed mile. then a cool down. im glad sophie and giulia came, but a little upset they didnt like it...but they might still come one monday. today giulia was wearing her pajamas and they had brownies for breakfast before running so yeah... |

Pre-Region (3 Miles) 00:25:00, Place overall: 25, Place in age division: 4
Today was the Pre-Regions at cottonwood complex. I did amazing! i was the 4th east girl to finish. on the last bit, bill told me to push to the end. the highland girl said "i can push better than you" i told her "no you cant" then proudly beat her. :) then i gave my little name sticker to the people at the chute, then walked off, collapsed on the ground, and threw up my mangos. :) i beat a highland girl! :)
i dont know my real time i havent found out yet, division is just from east. i think i got 25th overall.
Good Job Bre! | |

Murray Invitational (3.1 Miles) 00:27:18, Place overall: 93, Place in age division: 93 | | Approxamatily 3.5 i did my warm up and cool down |
| | We started at the stadium, ran along 15th east to sugarhouse park, ran a big grass loop, came back on 15th, ran in the gulley, came up to sunnyside park, and back down to the stadium. |
| |
At the stadium we did 2 laps around the track and soccer field, 4 laps around the track of speed changes, and another lap around track and soccer field. Natalie and I are very close runners and did the workout trying to beat each other. :) We're so unpredictable! |
