| | 90 minutes of swimming. We had guard inservice today so we made sure to break all of our facility rules.

| | 45 minutes on the elliptical.

| | Ran from work along 400W to 800N over to the clinic by WinCo for my test, then back to work alone 800W. It was fun. I biked for 20 minutes after.

| | Got new running shoes and spanks for my birthday so I went down to Liberty for a lap today! Kinda bummed my Yellow Mizunos disappeared with only 49 miles on them.

| | Managed 2 miles on the dreadmill. Plantar didn't hurt but my shin still hurts. I'm going to do my next run on grass and hopefully that'll be better for it. Currently doing my core with the exercise ball. Then I'm going to do my hip strengthening workout.

| | 3 on the dreadmill. It wasn't so dreadful. I went at a bit of a faster pace and I felt really good and THERE WAS NO PAIN IN MY LEG YAYAYAYA!!

| | Easy run on Shoreline today. On my way home I saw Garek, hi! Later I did core with Susannah and the baby. She did one sit up.

| | Ran 2 miles on the indoor track at the U with Susannah :) I really like the track shape there, it has LEFT AND RIGHT TURNS. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, then 2 more miles on the track. I felt really good and naturally picked up speed each lap. We did countdown abs and then headed home.

| | Easy 5 on the Jordan River trail with Sus and Ellie. Ellie slept the whole time, I wish I could do that!

| | I was in the mood for a good trail run, so I went to Park City and met up with Emily for a trail run. We ran up a mountain, and it was super fun. My quads burned on the uphill and the elevation killed, but it was worth the sight at the top!

| | Biked 7 alongside Kiley and Bill along Draper trail. Went into the wind on the way out, way back was easier on the bike.

| | Ran 7 with Kiley along Draper trail this morning. It hurt. I considered turning at 4 since I'm so fat and out of shape, but I sucked it up and ran 7!

| | Ran with Susannah, Andrea, and Hillary this morning. We ran along Foothill, Susannah ran longer but I turned at 2.5 with Andrea and Hillary. Now it's naptime.

| | Met up with Harley, Taylor, Brooke, Savannah, and Kelsey at the WAC for a run today. It felt good to run with a few members of my old team. I miss them. We did the Gold's Gym loop. It hurt the whole time and we averaged a 7:09, so I'm really shocked with myself. I want to be consistent again with my running but it's just hard when you don't have a team or friends to run with.

| | Met with my personal trainer today at Vasa. Did a light workout, we're just working on overall fitness and toning up for now.

| | Didn't make it to the gym yesterday, I threw up and nearly fainted at work so I went home and rested. Today I went and just biked for 45 minutes since I still felt a little sick.
