Had a super fun day with the Anderson's.No run today though.Went rock climbing and rapelling in Logan canyon. Followed by horse back riding on Natalie's horse Blaze. Spent the night with them last night and the Fourth of July . Overall it was a great weekend!!!🐴🐱

4 miles at practice. Dad is not allowed to see his kids this week so my mom had to take me. We did 8 400's at 5K pace with a mile warm up & cool down plus the track drills. Went to my friends house and jumped on her trampoline a lot.

6 miles up at Alta went around the campground 1 time..we saw 2 moose a baby and is mom they were just a little away from the road.i got a new phone today📱

I don't really know but dad decided to do a 5k just me and him. He told me to enter it as a race report so I am.I beat my best 5k time by a few seconds so that was good😃 I have to babysit tonight. I am leaving tomorrow for a church camp all week so I don't think I will really be able to run..🌜
