First workout of my senior year!!! 'Twas quite excellent! Workout was 3 x mile. Did it with 3 minutes active rest in between Warmed up 2.3 miles. Then first was 5:08. 2nd was 5:05 and last was 5:03. I did the same loop the first two but there was a pretty decent sized hill in it so on the last one I did the loop that josh did which was flatter which felt a whole lot easier and nicer. So that was enjoyable. Slow cool down. Also yesterday we went snorkelling and I saw a octopus and two stingrays and a bunch of fish and either 2 different really big fish or a leopard or horn shark which other people said they saw. |
