Good first run back. We were going to do Lehi Dip but changed it and did backwards 5 mile loop then over to mountain run then down to LP then back. Felt pretty good but a week of mountain houses don't settle all that great in my stomach so that part was rough.
Played bball with Clayson and Jon (RM that used to run for our team) Spencer, Tyler, Josh, and Matt. Good time.
