G Easy run today, first run of my senior year xc.  Quite crazy thinking that this is my last year running with Lone Peak.  Went 3 with the new guys then went to dumpster and back.  Then stretching and planks and pushups and a couple pull ups.  This season I'm ready to push it so I'm not gonna be slacking off in all that stuff. A

We always do a mile warmup and team stretches before the workout. Do you guys just jump straight into the workout?

Well we do a 2 mile warm up before workouts but its just like a distance run.

Yeah. We just start out slower and pick up the pace as the distance goes on.
