6x800 today. Felt fine on the first 3, 4th one my back tightened up but with the two minutes rest it calmed down. 5th felt great and then 6th my back tightened a bit but went fine. Hit 2:29, 2:23 2:24 2:26 2:22 and 2:15 for the last. Coach said we could speed up a little after 400 and then kick it in with 200 to go.

3.08 more at night,  Also got my back checked out, and the guy found that I had a rib that was messed up, as in it wouldn't expand when I breathed he worked on that and also my back.  So I should be ready for BYU
