Today we did the 4 mile loop. I only went out a mile and came back a mile because my shins were hurting. I could get through the pain but I really don't want to get injured for the season so I'm going to start out by taking it super easy.

make sure to ice your legs. with the shave ice at the shack. Mint is really good for shins. It's been scientifically proven. haha
