I did not have a good time racing today. I raced the two mile and I have had a cold for the past 2 days but today was the worst day so far of the cold. I have a stuffy nose and I have a bunch of stuff in my throat. I thought that I could just get past this and go race what I wanted to be hitting so I went out in 70 and kept that pace and came across at 4:40. Then I realized that I was gonna die. I buckled hard and ended up running a 5:01 for my last mile. It was so dreadful. I was really disappointed but I'm hoping to come back strong and race an awesome 800 and mile.
