I ran 11 dreadmill Miles.    I deserved the pain because i did not get up this morning.      Boo   avg  6:58 pace.

I went and bought a new pair of compression shorts last night and decided to show them off this morning.  I was like a little kid on Christmas morning.  I put them on and put on the St.George running store shirt.  I flew out the door to strut my stuff.   I ran by the superbly this morning and gave him a high five.   Ran up his trail of love up near the water tower and back down.   Good run over all.    I was wondering are you suppose to ware running shorts over those compression shorts?

Spinning with sweet Angela.  She is about to drop the big one.  This should be the last time i see her for awhile.  I will miss her sweet smile and killer work outs.    Ran 3 miles on the Dreadmill.   My legs felt like Jello.  (Green jello with carrots that is)

7 more on the dreadmill.   avg 7:03 pace.

Around mile 9  I splashed gatoraide over my head and blinded myself.  I thouht it was water. It was clear.  It looks like i lost concentration here and slowed down the rest of the Race.   I need to work on my mental toughness a little more.
