Spinning with sweet Angela.  She is about to drop the big one.  This should be the last time i see her for awhile.  I will miss her sweet smile and killer work outs.    Ran 3 miles on the Dreadmill.   My legs felt like Jello.  (Green jello with carrots that is)

Good mileage for the week so far. I struggled on Monday getting out, but hopefully things will pick up the rest of the week. I'm just shooting for 70 miles again. I'm going to try to do some speed stuff tomorrow morning, then the club run easy tomorrow night.
