Nice  run  with guys,   Dave, Clyde,  Austin, James, Logan.even Hayden showed up and ran a half a mile with us.    Nothing fast just nice easy miles felt good to get 20 done.   Left foot still goes numb.   At 14 I took the shoe off.    and rubbed the  foot.  felt better.  This is the most miles i ran all year in a week. feeling pretty good about it.

You are such awesome shape right now. I think its cause your on cloud nine with Robin. Tell her she makes you run really well! Thats so strange your foot keeps going numb. Good job on all the miles this week!

Way to go Bill. I would like to have run with you, but I really needed to get this run in for my confidence. Great miles this week. Awesome!! Next week will be a little lighter for me. This is my first 90+ week. I feel pretty good about surviving it. What time are you looking for at SGM?

Great job Bill. Way to work hard this week. Are you still planning on doing Deseret News Marathon?
