Rise and shout the Bermuda triangle is up.  On our quest for perfection Mike, Marci and my self set out for another adventure in the dark.   We started out slow, and then Marci started picking up the pace.  Then out of nowhere Mike would come up strong from behind and pass like a flaming dart.  I was thinking to my self that these guys were tagging off trying kill me.   Each time I would go after the lead runner.   The last team tag Marci passed Mike on the trail by web hill.   She really put the burners on and it took all my will just to hang on.    Thanks guys for a great work out.    I almost forgot  had my colesteral checked great news 178.  lowest it has been in a long time.  and HDL was 74.  I think i will go to iceberg and get a  choclate alomond shake.

Robins birthday today.   we sang her happy birthday on the cell phone  Bermuda triangle style!

Happy B-day to Robin! I hope the Bull got her something nice. You guys are animals. I've been struggling a little this week from that 20 mile race and feeling some sickness. Today will be super busy with Parent/Teacher conferences, but hopefully I can get in some miles later tonight. We will be out of town this weekend, so my mileage might be down a little this week. Hopefully I can hit 60 miles this week and then I will probably start tapering next week. Though I do want to do another longer run on the course on the 20th maybe 15 to 18 miles.

Happy B-Day Robin. Sorry about the terrible singing. Bull, thanks for a great run today. I hope some of my rust fell off. You were really flying those last few miles. Not even the Circle of Trust would of been able to deal with the raging BULL!!!

Mike, The vicks vapor rub smell alone would of been overwhelming for the circle of trust. I am surprised it did not clear your nose!

Get run Bill and I'm glad your health is looking great. You deserve a shake. I wish I could eat or drink chocolate, but I have to stay away from it because it give me headaches.

Keep up the great running.
