met up with  the legend Mike.  AKA Bigfoot to the backwoods people in the east.  We decided to keep the pace down except Big fppt decided to charge the hills and i tagged along for the ride.   Nice run avg 7:07 pace.  Glad he kept me going.  also met up with scott and Ruth and Terry  and a few others.   Nice turn out some of the  club were up racing in Bryce.  I hope they did well.   Go Kendra!
