Managed to get out tonight.  Put on the camelback.   The idea was good.  But last years water just does not taste to good!   :(:(

Nice picture in the paper the other day. Bill I'm both sick and lazy, just only had time for an easy 2 miles this morning, before work. I'm going to try to run 4 miles around lunch time, then hopefully another 6 later tonight.

Bill, you are crazy! I love it!

The thing with my foot is I think plantar fasciitis, my left arch hurts lots, so I'm strassburg sock-ing it, but I'm not sure how well that's working... anyway, I can still run fine on it, so I'm ok.

Way to run all that on the treadmill yesterday, your commentary on it definitely made my day. Way to be!

Bill- The "club" girls meet Thursday morning at 6 at the store. Invite your "single" friend to come! We will probably do 5-6 this week. Besides that, Kendra and Jeannie usually meet at my house Monday mornings at 6 for 6.5 miles. I would say we average 10:30-11 pace on our runs. The more the merrier!
