 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

to Tired. feeling sick.  runny nose and some congestion.   Slept in and took the morning off.

l. Ham sandwich with Robin in Huricane.  Only a 45 min visit :(    had a chocoate monkey drink from perks.  yum!

slowed down  it was kind of hot. 

Started out with lindsey  who appeared to be wantingtodoa litttle tempo.  My buddy aaron was not there so i decided why not.      after mile 3 linsey slowed down.  I slowed down,  but he did not seem to want to keep the pace.    I continued thinking that the guys would catch up as soon as they started there tempo.    I guess they decided not to do a tempo run today.    felt good about the run.  Did not feel good about doing it alone.
