pulled my self from the pit of despair.  It was nice this morning.  cool temps.  I ran into clyde and ran with him for a few miles and talked about his Boston experience.   After talking to both Dave and Clyde about Boston i can tell theat they put them selves in sort of a trans to pull off such great times.   mind over body to endure such conditions.

Ran with Clyde and Steve.     Was doing ok until mile 6.  hanging around 6:10 pace.   I was fighting off that all you can eat pizza feeling.     I had to slow down  and finished about 400 yards behind them,  After the work out attended a marathon seminar (steve was speaking.   Glycerin.

Good job getting out this morning. I couldn't pull myself out of bed this morning after my run yesterday. I won't be at the club run, tonight I'm heading up to Provo. Sorry I missed your question yesterday about what time I was running. I started at about 3:00.

Hey Bill - Good run yesterday. I keep going back and forth on whether or not I'm going to push it in the 10k this weekend. Do you have a time you're shooting for?
