I barley crawled out of bed this morning. must of ran 8 min miles. Nice morning for a run. met up April in Washington and ran about 1/2 mile with her. SaucanyGrid Trigon 4 Ride)

I went out for 10 miles. Easy miles. Just rocking to my music and dodging cars. Nice day for a run. Glycerin.

Bill I haven't signed up for the race this weekend. I don't know if I'm going to be here or up in Provo Area. If I'm here I would like to do a long run between 15 to 20 miles. What are your plans?
