Good morning for a run.   I dedicated this run for those brave souls running in Boston.   Changed my route a little.   Ran 8 miles.    Heal still bothering me.   Takes a est (no garmin) mile to warm up to feel comfortable.  (Glycerin )

10 more non garmin  miles tonight.  It was a fierce battle running against the wind.   no rain.    felt ok after a mile warm up and heal calmed down.   (soucany grid)4

the sun run? i didn't sign up- think i may have to leave town. you? what's that course like? is it all on the trails? p.s. heel problems are often due to tight calves. are you stretching them well? you probably have a good knot in them somewhere, at least that's what i've found on runners i work on.

Hey Bill,

I just signed up for the Ogden Marathon and the Hurricane Half. Now I just need to figure out a time to get in a few longer runs in preparation. I feel my speed is fine, just need to work on building a little more endurance.
