Ran by myself again...(that sounds funny). Anyway putting the dull humor aside. I ran 10.23 miles at a 7:30 pace in 1:16 up Satterfield and back down Bench Rd. I've been trying to do hills to get used to the HM in November. Of course with still recovering I still have some pain in the leg especially on the downhills. But all in all it's all fun and I'm not pushing myself. This is the first back to back 10 mile days I've ran. Splits: 8:16, 8:10, 7:40, 7:20, 6:45 (downhill), 7:02, 7:32, 7:37, 7:29, 7:22.
