Did a 1 hour spin class. I pulled my groin muscle last night at the gym from going 10 mph and the fuse to the machines tripped at stopped suddenly.

Ericka, they max out at 12 mph at our gym. I cant imagine running any faster, well maybe for a couple hundred yards just to see how it feels. lol Its fun to get looks from other people when i crank it up though! haha Thats what makes it interesting for me. You can be the police and come arrest me though. That would be awesome to see at the gym.

How is your GROIN doing today? Ha ha sorry had to use caps for that word, just for fun. But really, is it getting better? My rib is much better, but my foot has made NO progress. F*#@!!! O.o

Missy, its ok making fun of me is the least you can do for me calling you clumsy. I'm glad your MC ribs are good. Maybe try running in non zero out shoes. Are you still looking at making Painters?

PAINTERS! Pain. How is that, we are both in pain going to run painters! Hehe. Plan is still GO. I will pull out two days before if I have to (enough time to cancel hotel.) I have thought of wearing NonZero..only prob is I will have to buy a new pair..my others are so SHOT, I believe they made the problem in the first place. I will take action Monday and buy a "normal" running shoe if I'm still having that arch PROB. .... Oh and I'm so happy for your GROIN. Hey getting 13 in is great, I am tempted to go long tomorrow..like a 12. Honestly do not know if I should. I want to so badly!
