I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5 A nice fartlek run w/ 1 min. @ 7:30, 7:00, and 6:45, followed by 2 min. @ the same paces w/ equal recovery. I finished w/ 2 min. @ each pace w/o recovery in between.
