pm--6 Mile repeats w/ 3 min. active recovery. I wasn't sure about jumping in on these, but Carli needed someone to run w/ on these. We were supposed to hit 7:00, 6:50, and 6:40. We hit 6:55, 6:50, and 6:40. I was pretty pleased that I was hitting 200 splits perfeclty for the last mile. Can you say human metronome? RHR--54.
