am--7 DI/nearly Sunrise/Harts. Some nice miles on a cooler morning. I actually wore gloves today. Not as many kids out this morning but still the stalwarts. RHR--54.

pm--4 Middleton trail run. Nice group today. The weather was nice in the shade.
