am--7 Did a tough workout--4 x 30 sec. w/ 1 min. recovery, 3 x 800 w/ 2 min. recovery, and 3 x 1000 w/ 1 min. recovery. The progression through the intervals was unexpected and difficult. The 800s may have been a bit slack, but the 1000s were very honest. All of this was sandwiched between PH warm and cool.
pm--3.25 Nice easy miles to loosen up the legs.
