am--6 Progressive run w/ the last 15 minutes moving from light tempo to close to threshold.
pm--2.25 SC Drive w/ the varsity girls.
am--3.5 A nice easy run w/ 6x striders.
am--5.5 Early morning grass run on a hot, humid morning.
am--2.25 Bike trail towards Harmon's.
pm--3.75 Duck pond and back and a nice chat w/ Kasandra.
am--5.25 Light progression run that ended w/ some good chat w/ Hailee and Abigail.
