I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4 Morning run by myself to get the school year off on a good foot.
pm--4 Run w/ the girls. I did 6 x 800s @ ~7:15 pace. It was hard but good. The girls did one more than I. They were super tough today.
am--6 Harts 2x and Arctic Circle. It was muggy and draining this morning, but I wanted to get in a few miles due to the meet this afternoon. RHR--51.
am--4 Coach went easy on the kids and gave them an easy run today. We hit Sandberg's and finished w/ striders. RHR--53.
am--6 DI backwards, AC, and PH. These morning runs are good because I get to run w/ the kiddos and get a few extra miles in besides. RHR--54.
pm--3 Did some running around while poorly timing the girls for their 1000s.
pm--3 Some running around the region course before and during the relay. The kids ran well, and the event was a success.
pm--5 Despite the lingering old-man fatigue, I got out to Moe's w/ Tom. As always, a nice chat.
