I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--3.5 An easy run to get the week started.
am--4.75 Got up and out earlier than normal. For some reason, I pushed the pace a bit and did about 10 minutes of what would probably be considered tempo work for me at the moment.
am--5.75 Some grass loops and 6x barefoot striders.
I finished McSweeney's No. 46: Latin American Crime Stories.
am--4.25 SC Heights Loop. Felt good once I eased into things. These morning runs have been nice.
pm--3.75 I was home alone w/ my younger kids this morning, so I didn't run until later. This week has helped me to realize that a nice run in the morning is the best way to start a day.
am--5 Grass loops and 10 miles on the bike after. This morning exercise thing is fun.
