I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6 Morning route to the Canyons and back, trying to beat the heat. Just focused on an easy build w/ a negative split.
pm--5 Serenity w/ some here and there. Negative split again. I'm motivated by power pop and about fed up w/ remote teaching.
pm--6.5 Sunbrook out-and-back. Good run. I still managed to negative split, even with it being a slight descent on the way out.
pm--5.5 Ran around trying to get some elevation gain around the neighborhood to no avail. I'm tired lately, but the running has been pretty good.
pm--4 some miles in the dark o' the basement.
am--8 Reverse loop around Santa Clara and stopped you watch some young bucks bound over an agreed upon distance for roughly 10 minutes. Good start to the day.
