pm—4 Missed practice because of a meeting and ran a bit when I got home.

I finished Night by Elie Wiesel. What a heavy and difficult book.

pm—5.25 Run on the River Trail. Not much to say.

am—2.25 A nice run w/ Addi and Ry. Got to hear a story full of colorful language.

pm—5.25 Warm and cool and some running during the 6-minute test. Kids are showing improvement after a month of training.

I finished The Sisters Brothers by Patrick DeWitt. It’s a throwback western about brothers who are bounty hunters. Runs the gamut of emotions.

pm—3.5 After a long day, I did a short run.

pm—7.5 Run to the Sugar Loaf in nearly perfect weather. Fun run. What started as a bummer week has taken an upswing.

am--7.75 Same activity as 2 weeks ago. I biked to my parents' and ran Anasazi w/ Tom. I learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Still need to remember 2 ears and 1 mouth.
