I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5 Easy miles to get back the feeling. Interviewed some potential captains for xc. Great kids. RHR--50.
am--6 Just some more miles. Went pretty well once I found my groove. Bruce Thomas rules. RHR--50.
pm--7 Progressive run w/ last 3.5 @ ~7:40. Nothing killer, but better than moderate for a guy in his 40th year.
am--4.25 Slighter shorter version of the morning run. It was good to feel the chill burn of a winter's morn. RHR--50.
pm--4.75 Nice recovery style to get a dubizzle.
pm--5 Nice run up to the Sand Hill and back. Perfect weather, decent group.
am--8 Rim Circuit w/ 2 mesa loops. Had a nice run and chat w/ Andy. We ran into the famous Logan while we we're out. Beautiful morning. RHR--60.
