I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--7 Tready workout. 2 x 2 @ 7:30 w/ 1 mile in between, sandwiched by a warm-up and cool-down.
am--4.25 Short morning run, trying to fight the gamboo.
pm--6.75 Easy tready miles, working through the gamboo. It's definitely waning.
pm--6 Barrel Roll backwards. The wind was really whipping on the edge of the mesa.
pm--6 Sockless tready miles @ 1.5%. 2.5 warm-up w/ 3 miles @ 7:30 and .5 cool-down. Whenever the legs are feeling flat a few quicker miles help.
