am--5.5 DI/AC+. Nice fun run w/ the girls. We are getting pretty good w/ our ball skills and sharing the rock among the team. I'm excited to watch them run together tomorrow.

pm--3 Traditional Sandberg's prerace run. The kids seem to enjoy being together and are having a ton of fun.
