Tri meet at Riverton but Matt and I stayed to train. Harvey had us do 4 800s the first two 2:15 then two at 2:20 then 4 400s under 70 and 4 200s under 30. I struggled on three of the 800s but the rest of the workout went really well. 800 warm up and cool down. Decided to workout in my spikes for a change.
