Today I got my shin scraped at the chiropractor because of shin splints. It hurt. A lot. I have to go in probably three more times. Speed work today. Mile warm up and then 5 easy 5 hard 4 3 2 1 then a hard 400 after the last 1. We went into the indoor track after the 3 hard becuase of lightning and also cooled down a mile inside. After that some of us went to UVU to try steeple chase which was interesting. It also really hurt landing because I had gotten scraped.
