AM- 3 easy.
PM- 6.25 miles. Mile warm up and cool down and 600s for the workout. Did abs and some pull ups after and now my arms are super tired. Good mileage for the day. I'm happy with the increase in mileage. Looked at some Boa shorts after practice with some of the guys and we want to get some of the cheap $10 ones for fun, but the problem is some of them think the shorts are too ugly haha.
