AM- 2.9 miles. First morning run since the end of November.

PM- 6.85 miles. Solid run today with Matt and Ali. We headed out towards AF stop light for 20 minutes then came back. 6.35 miles and our pace was 6:19. 2 strides when we got back and some good weight stuff. I'm planning on running the 3200 and the 800 at BYU.
