I've been married to the lovely Kimberly for 38 years. We have 5 great kids and 5 great grandkids.
Beautiful day. Was able to run in shorts for first time this year other than when on cruise ships.

First run since early in the month since we've been in Europe most of the month. We did walk probably on ave 8 or 9 miles a day on our Danube river cruise but no running.
Felt a bit sluggish as would be expected. Need to lose some weight.
Felt pretty good considering we've done very little running over the last couple weeks. I guess doing tons of walking in Europe helped.
Felt a bit tired today.
