| Quite a windy blustery morning but at least it didn't rain on us. This was a hard 13 miles even though the pace wasn't all that speedy. Between the wind and my left calve cramping up on me I was having a rough time. Thinking I'll take a rest week next week and hope the legs are ready for 18 next Saturday.

| Six miles in the early morning. Felt pretty sluggish I couldn't seem to get any mojo going at all. Later went to the gym for 30 min XT + core.

| Went out around 10am with Kim. After 2 mile warm we did a couple miles around 7:50 (nice job Kimi!!) then parted ways and I got in a couple more sub-7 miles and a cooldown mile.

| Day off from running but I did get to the gym for 30 min XT + core and I hope to get outside in the sun for a walk a little later this afternoon.

| Went out around 10am for my hill workout. Overcast but pretty warm in the mid 40's. Felt pretty good running the hills. On the last mile back home I noticed my overall ave pace was just behind the 8-min dude so I sped up just enough to catch him. Probably my first sub-8 overall run since fall.

| Out bright & early for an 18-miler. A bit nippy but not much wind and sun came out towards the end. Too bad the hamstring bum-itis flared up a bit, just need to keep the pace around 9 min/mile to keep it happy it seems.

| Six very easy miles on a very dark, windy but warm morning. Gotta love the first week of early morning running after daylight savings kicks in. Legs still a bit weary from the 18-miler on Saturday. Later I went to gym for 30 min XT + core.

| Six miles in the morning with Kimi. Nice to not feel so sluggish finally after being dead-legged all week. The bum-itis seems like to be ok with 9 min miles so I figure I'll just keep the pace around there for now and make sure I don't mess anything up for Boston.
