Oh so tired this morning and promptly hit the snooze button.  No regrets either! 

I rode my bike this afternoon.  I'm nervous about the mini sprint in TWO flippin weeks!  This is the least prepared I've been about any race - oh well!  My goal is just to finish!

 BIKE:  12.40 miles - 49:41 minutes (I did this 7 minutes faster than the last time I did this route!)

WALK/RUN: 20 minutes - 1.87 miles (1 min walk to 9 min run)

Ankle felt really achy this morning, so I stopped at 20 minutes and got on the stupid elliptical (oh how I hate that machine) for 20 more minutes.  

I think I ran too fast this past Saturday and I'm paying for it now!

I'm not sure how my ankle feels - some moments it is good and some moments it is achy!

I've been running around all morning to various Halloween stuff for my kids.  It wears me out!

My ankle has been killing me...*sigh*!  I thought I was so close, but now I feel so far away!  

I bike 12 miles in 36 minutes and swam 350 meters in 9:00 minutes.  This mini-sprint is gonna be interesting.
