From now until January, slow and easy will be my main running goal! I had to get up super early because we had several soccer games. 10 miles on the home TM...I had a bit more mojo than earlier this week. Legs felt normal. 2x Walking lunges Single leg hamstring lift 60/60/60 plank Squats Side to side lunges Long stretch and foam roll Way too many hours in the rain at soccer games. But I'm really proud of my kids for doing so great! Cold rainy days are my favorite! I made pasta e fagoli soup with veggies from my garden, homemade wheat rolls, and an apple pie. My house was warm and cozy. |
