WOWZER...that was hard.  Hard because I started at 4:00am.  Hard because it has been way too long since I've run long on a road.  Hard because I'm out of shape.  SG might be kinda ugly!

I heard a knock at the door at 5:30am.  They kept knocking and knocking.  I finally got up and answered it.  Wrong house.  Grrrr

43 degrees this morning=heavenly compared to the 70's I've been running in.  High hamstring still pulling.  Good run though.
