When I went to put on my running clothes this morning, I had this flashback that I was at Ragnar and I had to run a million miles.  But I quickly came-to and all was right in the world again!!!

My first mile was really creaky.  My lower legs (mostly my shins) were quite sore and hurt.  After awhile, they calmed down, but the right still aches. 

I may never recover from Ragnar!

Holy HOT outside!  I had to run when after my hubby got home from work and it was 86 degrees outside.  I definitely don't like running in the heat!  But I brought lots of water!

My son had a baseball game, so I decided to run there taking the long way.  I was quite surprised at how fast I was running.  I thought I was in the 10:00 range.  Probably the heat.

Lower right shin still bugs.  I think something will always bug!
