Hubby goes to the temple on Thursday mornings, so I usually run in the evenings. I had every intention of going to lift weights and then to spin tonight, but lacked any ounce of motivation. I don't know what my deal was, but.... So I ended up just lifting (regretting that I didn't do spin). Mostly upper body (I need to figure out what everything is called) and a few leg exercises. Then lots and lots and lots of stretching. I need to do that every day.
