WALK/RUN: 3.68 miles, 41 minutes (4 minute walk to 6 minute run) I saw the physical therapist yesterday to ask for more advice regarding my ankle (or WHY ISN'T IT HEALING FASTER). He used these special tools (they looked like dull butter knives) and he "scraped" my ankle with coco butter. OUCH! But after the initial hurt went away, it felt really great. Probably the best it has felt in the past 9 months. I didn't want to get too excited, but...... It felt good when I ran on it this morning. Tomorrow I'm going to try to run more and walk a little less. I am going to go back in for more scraping next week. |
