WALK/RUN: 50 minutes - 4.5 miles 3 x (3 min walk to 7 min run) and 2 (2 min walk to 8 min run) SO SO SO tired this morning. I swear I had just fallen asleep when the alarm went off. It was a crazy day too. So many good opportunities are coming my way - tender mercies. Hooray! Plus my ankle feels good today - that is the best part!
