WALK/RUN: 20 minutes - 1.75 miles 3 min walk to 7 min run, 2 min walk to 8 min run When I got this far in my workout, a stair climber opened up and I booked it over (that is what I wanted to do in the first place) 20 minutes on the stair climber and I was a sweaty mess. This weather needs to cool down!
