WALK/RUN - 2.3 miles - 30 minutes (6 minute walk to 4 minute run) - ankle was so sore I had to stop and hopped on the elliptical for 20 more minutes. Frustrating.....

Dang it. Maybe it is just not used to the pounding. Do you do exercises to strengthen your ankle (like balancing on one foot??)
