Today is my first official day of training for Grandma's Marathon and it was spent in the pool. Frustrating! I have 2-3 weeks left of recovery and then I get to SLOWLY come back. Pool workout (52 minutes or about 6 running miles): 5 min warm up
1:30 x 10 (30 sec rest) 2 min rest 1:30 x 10 (30 sec rest) 5 min cool down Hoping to get a bike ride in when my hubby gets home from work.
